January 5, 2018- The WFYI Indianapolis program “No Limits” asks what is Civic Health, and how do Hoosiers fare when we take a close look at their civic engagement? Measuring everything from voter turnout to participation in community groups to how often families eat dinner together, the Indiana Civic Health Index reveals Indiana residents excel – and where there’s room for change. Program guests are retired Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall Shepard, Indiana Bar Foundation Executive Director Charles Dunlap, and Jeff Coates of the National Conference on Citizenship.
