Fundraising and Grants Manager

The National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC) seeks a Fundraising and Grants Manager to research funding opportunities, develop written proposals and oversee the pipeline and process for raising programmatic and core support for the organization.

The Fundraising Grants Manager should be a dynamic individual with 3 or more years of experience sourcing grants and producing the required application materials. As an independent team member, you will report to and work closely with the CEO to identify and pursue new opportunities for philanthropic funding for our civic mission. With strong organizational and communications skills, you will be able to learn and convey the value and impact of our programs that measure civic health, understand the data and gaps in our civic discourse online, expand our role in gathering and analyzing civic data, and convening the civic engagement field to increase impact. With your exceptional skills as a writer, you will manage a pipeline of active and prospective funders to grow revenue and be an expert advisor for NCoC’s leadership.
