Prior to joining NCoC, Taylor worked for Georgetown’s Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation on the Data + Digital portfolio. In this role, Taylor performed research and helped to develop resources to prepare local governments, journalists, and Census stakeholders for the unique and urgent challenges facing the 2020 Census.
Taylor graduated from Georgetown University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in International Politics with minors in Economics and Spanish. During her time at Georgetown, Taylor interned with the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, for a gubernatorial campaign in her home state of Tennessee, and at the Inter-American Dialogue. She also spent a year studying at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador, and she worked for the DC Schools Project, a program at Georgetown’s Center for Social Justice.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys hiking, reading, and kayaking. She currently lives in Nashville, TN.
