- Reception immediately after at Wild Days, the Eaton DC rooftop bar (across the street from Planet Word)
- Pre-Conference: If you are traveling in for the conference, we have events on Monday evening.
- At 5pm, join the DMV Democracy Hub for a nonpartisan local democracy meet-up at The Hamilton (all ages welcome).

Getting There (More details at Planet Word)
- Parking: Limited paid parking is available near the venue. Carpooling or using rideshare is encouraged.
- Ride Share: For anyone who is getting dropped off or using a ride share app, we recommend using the 1270 K St NW Washington, DC 20005, address, as that will place them right in front of our gate.
- Metro/Transit: Silver, blue, and orange lines: Exit at McPherson Square onto 14th and I streets. The museum entrance is directly across the park on 13th and K streets. Red line: Exit at Metro Center onto 13th Street. Walk north until you reach K Street, then turn right. The entrance will be on your right.

- Breakfast buffet, boxed lunch, and afternoon snacks will be provided. Please see catering staff if you have a dietary restriction as we will have options available to accommodate your needs.
Important Notes
- No Livestream: This year’s event will not include a virtual option, so you’ll need to be present to participate in the day’s discussions and activities.
- Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary guest Wi-Fi will be available. Log on to Planet Word Guest on site.
- Gallery Access: Planet Word galleries will be closed except during lunch from 12 – 2 PM when floors 1 and 2 will be open for browsing.
- New Discussion Addition: At 3pm in Classroom, join Laura Rigell and guests for Crossing Silos to be stronger together: the SHIFT Action Lab as an inter-field experiment.
