I’m Caleb Gayle – the new Chief Executive Officer at the National Conference on Citizenship. After a few weeks of working with our incredible staff and network of civic leaders, I’m more excited than ever to enable the work that you all do so well.

NCoC is at a pivotal crossroads to determine what impact we will have beyond 2020. We have all accomplished so much in the past few years – expanding our reach and impact through a wide-range of civic programs – including the Students Learn Students Vote Coalition, Algorithmic Transparency Institute, Pandemic to Prosperity, and many more.

Moving forward, we have the chance to etch in stone the real impact these programs and our network can have. And we’re going to rely on you and the burgeoning ideas and work that you generate in all parts of the country.
I’m excited to share some great news on behalf of NCoC: Vote Early Day is joining the NCoC ecosystem to redound our collective focus on celebrating every aspect of active citizenship!

Vote Early Day is a growing movement of nonprofits, businesses, election administrators, and creatives working to ensure all Americans know their options to vote early.

In 2020, over 101,000,000 people voted early and we look forward to building on that success for the next Vote Early Day on October 23, 2021!
Get involved with all the Vote Early Day as a partner here!

There will be much more to come from NCoC in the coming days and weeks – particularly around the 2021 Annual Conference on Citizenship. Stay tuned for the official Save The Date and more information coming soon.
I look forward to working with you to invigorate a more vibrant, accessible, and equitable civic life in all of our communities.
