Registration Substitution
Confirmed and paid attendees may substitute their registration for another person without charge if confirmed with NCoC by October 10 (10 days in advance of the event). After October 10, no substitutions may be accommodated and additional attendees wishing to register will need to secure and pay their own registration until the deadline.
Cancellations
Before September 19 (30 days in advance of the event): Registrants may cancel their participation and receive a 100% refund of costs paid at time of registration.
After September 19 (30 days in advance of the event): No refunds will be accommodated in the event of registration cancellation.
